You truly are your own boss, so we’re looking for the type of person that wants to call their own shots. If you trust yourself to solve challenges, want to be accountable to you instead of someone else, and don’t want to be tied to another person’s vision, you’re the person we’re looking for. 

Self-Motivated 

Since you’ll be your own boss, you need to have a healthy amount of self-discipline and motivation. When someone doesn’t have a manager breathing down their neck and setting deadlines, they might find it hard to stay on track and keep focused on their goals. A good candidate for the Sales Agent position will have a strong vision and will be committed to success. 

Adaptable and Flexible 

Like with any sales career, you’ll need to be ready to switch gears at the drop of a hat. One moment, you might be meeting with a high-powered corporate lawyer, and the next, you’ll be meeting with the owner of the small pizza restaurant down the street. Being successful in sales means getting along with and finding commonality in a wide variety of people. 

Creative Problem Solver 

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all payment processing solution for businesses, and that’s where the Sales Agent comes in. FlashBanc has a large variety of offerings, including software, hardware, and apps, and we offer great pricing which gives you a very competitive toolset when it comes to landing business. But you’ll need to listen to a business owner, identify their individual business needs, and identify the products and/or services that will work best for them.

We believe that sales is a people business, and we’re looking for Sales Agents who know who they are and what they want.
