Even if its a question about other services we may offer or that you would like to make use of, client support will help with that too! The support line is also open 24/7, so you can call anytime you have a question, whether it’s first thing in the morning, or in the middle of the night and you just can’t sleep without an answer!
Some questions that might come to mind that client support can answer may include a list of our available terminals or programs. You could ask how the programs could benefit you or how one terminal differs from another. You might have a question regarding your rates or fees. Additionally, you could be curious about other resources available to you. All of these have an answer and our support department is more than happy to provide you with them.
Am I limited to client support?
Not at all! While we have this support line dedicated to you, your agent is still an option as well! If you only need a general question answered and your agent is not immediately available, client support will be more than enough to provide the answer you desire. However, if you require a more personal touch for your specific business, then an agent is still your best option.
