Getting Off to a Good Start
Starting a new career can be tough for a multitude of reasons. You’re entering a new environment where you don’t know anyone, you might be worried about making a good impression with your new boss, and you have no idea what to expect from your training, co-workers, or daily schedule. Here at FlashBanc, we want to ease your worries, and make sure you know what to expect when you become a Sales Agent for our organization. Keep reading to find out what your first few months with us will be like!
Our Training Program
You might be feeling nervous about the training process and acclimating yourself to our company culture, but fear no more. Our Sales Agents are the best trained and most prepared in the industry, thanks to our online training program, FlashBanc University. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about credit card processing hardware and software, the industry as a whole, and sales techniques. You’ll have everything you need to succeed at your fingertips, thanks to our comprehensive selection of training videos and tutorials, and daily live training calls. Additionally, you’ll have an entire network of experienced Sales Agents and Sales Directors to assist you if you have any questions.
Landing Deals
After you complete our training program, it’s time to venture out into the field! Unless you’re a superhuman, you will feel nervous at your first sales call. That’s completely natural and every Sales Agent has been through it. The important thing to remember is that you have received the best training in the industry, and our team is always here for you. If you bomb the first deal, don’t sweat it! No one expects you to land a $1 million deal on your first try. In fact, no one expects you to land a $1 deal on your first try! Every Sales Agent, regardless of the industry, is nervous about their first couple of tries, and it takes everyone a different amount of time to hit their stride. For some, they might get the hang of it after five sales calls, and for others, it might take twenty. As long as you’re patient with yourself, learn from your mistakes, and keep a positive attitude, you will succeed.
Getting Paid
There’s nothing quite like the feeling of landing your very first sale. You might have the urge to jump in the air and scream with joy, but we recommend holding that feeling in for after you leave the building. So, what happens next? It’s pay-day! FlashBanc offers you three streams of income: upfront, per account bonuses, and residual profit. After the submission of your sale, you will be paid the upfront commission amount within 24 hours, and you’ll receive several other bonuses on top of that, which make up the per account bonus portion. The real allure is the residual profit, which is a share of the card processing fees. Every time a business accepts a credit or debit card transaction, that business owner is charged a fee, which you will receive 50% of. On the first of each month, you’ll receive a payment for your portion of the residual profit, which will be 50% of the total credit and debit card transaction fees from each of your clients. As you acquire more and more clients, you’ll see your residual payments grow, and that means more money in the bank for that dream vacation or a new car! At FlashBanc, we offer uncapped compensation, so the sky is truly the limit.

In addition to training videos and tutorials, our online portal, MyFlashBanc, offers you tools to keep track of your leads, current sales, and projected revenues. You will be your own boss: you’ll manage your schedule, call the shots, land the deals, and be compensated accordingly.
